BooqIt is a platform that connects customers with beauty and salon services. We provide tools for:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants using BooqIt agree to:

• Provide accurate business and service information

• Maintain professionalism and deliver quality services

• Honor confirmed bookings and maintain reliable availability

• Comply with local business regulations and licensing

• Keep pricing and service details updated regularly

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers using BooqIt agree to:

• Provide accurate contact details when booking

• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments

• Cancel appointments with reasonable notice

• Treat service providers respectfully and professionally

• Pay for services as agreed upon with the merchant

6. Payments and Refunds

• Currently, all payments are made directly at the service location (“Pay at Shop”).

• BooqIt does not process payments at this time.

• Refunds, if any, are governed by the policies of individual merchants.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Customers can cancel bookings via the app.

• Merchants may define their own cancellation policies.

• Reasonable notice for cancellations is encouraged.

• Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use BooqIt to:

• Violate laws or regulations

• Post false or misleading information

• Harass, abuse, or harm others

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems

• Conduct illegal or unauthorized activities

9. Limitation of Liability

BooqIt acts solely as a platform connecting customers and service providers.

• We do not guarantee or oversee the quality of services provided by merchants.

• Disputes between users must be resolved between them.

• Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

• You will be notified of significant changes.

• Continued use of the app or services implies acceptance of updated terms.
